At Saphire Saffron, we take pride in the quality of our premium spices; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on jars where the safety seal has been broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened saffron in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
